Was it a dream?
Was it a vision?
...did we glimpse a faerie?
...even the queen of the faeries herself?
Perchance did we spot a spirit, a satyr, a sprite?
...the forest's spirits will never tell.
We dined, and laughed and danced
until the sky was covered in stars.
